Information for Vendors
Public Contract Code section 10478(a) requires a company that currently has (or within the previous three years has had) business activities or other operations outside of the United States to certify that it is not a "scrutinized company" in order to submit a bid, quote, or proposal to the court for non-IT goods or services. If this applies to your U.S. business, please review the Darfur Contracting Act Certification Form. If applicable, complete the form and submit with your bid, quote, or proposal. Note: If your company within the previous three years, has not had any business activities or other operations outside of the United States, you do not need to complete this form.
