Notice of Reduction in Court Reporter Services
Due to the ongoing statewide shortage of certified shorthand reporters and pursuant to Local Rule 115, beginning July 1, 2025, the Tulare County Superior Court will no longer regularly provide official court reporters in the following case types unless otherwise noted on the court’s website:
- Unlimited Civil
- Probate, including Guardianships
- Family Law, except contempt actions
